"Dosage info could be clearer"
The product seems fine overall, but I had to click around way too much to figure out the right dosage. It’s not bad or anything, I just wish the instructions were a little more clear bc it took me a minute to find what I needed.

"My order showed up quickly, which..."
My order showed up quickly, which was nice, but two of the items weren’t the ones I actually picked. I double-checked my confirmation email and the correct products were listed there, so I’m not really sure where things got mixed up. Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little longer than I expected. It was frustrating because I needed those specific items, and I also wish the process for fixing the issue had clearer instructions

"Took forever, but it helped a little"
This took way longer than I expected, which was annoying. The results finally showed up, but man, it felt slow as hell. Still, I’ll give it some credit because it did work a bit in the end, even if the wait was kind of a pain...

"Felt a little like a bait and switch"
I was interested at first because the site looks decent and the product sounds promising, but once I tried to find real safety info, it got frustrating. I couldn’t easily find clear side effects or dosage warnings, and that made me feel uneasy about ordering. It kind of gave me a bait and switch feeling, like the benefits were front and center but the important safety details were tucked away or missing. Some of the ingredients might not be right for everyone, so I’d expect that info to be much easier to see. I’m not confident enough to buy yet.

"Reordering felt harder than it needed to be"
I do like some of the products, but trying to reorder was more frustrating than I expected. I figured I’d be able to just click on a past order and buy it again, but instead I had to search for everything all over. The cart was a little confusing too, and I kind of felt left in the dark about what was happening. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for something that should’ve been quick, it took way longer than it should have.

Overall, the ingredients look clean to me. I do wish they shared a little more info about where everything is sourced from, though. That would make me feel even better about it.

I was in a good mood when I checked it out, hoping to find some solid savings. The discounts do work, which is nice, but the promos felt a bit limited and not as exciting as I expected

"Return process wasn’t what they promised"
I expected the return to be quick like they said, but it ended up taking way too long. The refund was really slow, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t do much besides give vague answers. Frustrating when the experience doesn’t match what they advertise.

"Felt like I got the stale one"
I was a little disappointed because it just didn’t smell fresh at all. Maybe I got unlucky, but it had that stale smell right away, so it felt like I ended up with a bad one.

"Got It Sorted, But It Took Some Effort"
I had an issue with my order getting a clear response took longer than I expected. I had to follow up a couple of times, which was frustrating. To be fair, they did eventually fix the problem, and I appreciated that, but the whole process could’ve been a lot smoother

I’m not sure about the purity of this. It didn’t really feel as clean or pure as I expected, and when I tried to get more clarity, I felt kind of dismissed instead of actually helped.

"Packaging made me lose a bit of trust"
My order showed up on time, so that part was fine. But the box was kind of squashed, and one of the caps felt loose when I took it out. Luckily nothing actually leaked, but for the price, I expected the packaging to be more secure. It just made me lose some trust in how carefully these orders are handled.

"Not sure it was for me"
I really thought I was going to like this, or at least hoped I would, but the taste was tough for me to get past. The smell was strong too, kind of earthy but not in a way I enjoyed. Maybe I’m just being picky, and I can see how some people might be fine with it, but I don’t think it’s something I’d get again...

"Delivery took longer than it should have"
I ordered a few things and, to be fair, the products themselves were fine once they arrived. But the shipping took way longer than expected, and that was frustrating. I don’t mind waiting a little, but it would’ve felt more reasonable if the delivery time had been clearer upfront.

"Product details felt way too unclear"
I was browsing Akasha Naturals and, i had a hard time figuring out what some of the products were actually for. A few pages mention ingredients, but not in a way that felt simple or helpful to me — and with wellness products, that stuff matters, you know?

The directions and extra details also felt vague, almost like I was supposed to just guess how to use things, which is not really ideal. Maybe the products themselves are great, but the website didn’t give me enough confidence to place an order.

I went in looking for a few specific things, and of course they were all unavailable. I get that items sell out sometimes, but this seems to happen way too often. Give me a break, it’s frustrating when the stuff you actually want is never in stock

"Never heard back from customer service"
I sent them a message and waited for a reply, but I never got anything back. It was frustrating, especially when I just needed a little help. Maybe they were busy or something, but it still didn’t feel very helpful
